For Hats: Currently the wait time is about 2 weeks for the hats. Please include color selection (if applicable) and size. Further details may need to be discussed: braids, pom pom, etc.
Payments can be made through Paypal. Please make sure your current address is added to your Paypal account. Your order is not confirmed until payment is complete.
Everything is shipped USPS. I will send an email once your package has been shipped. I do not normally buy insurance or tracking when shipping. If you are interested in either of these options, please let me know at time of purchase.
Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied within 10 days of receiving your item. I’d like to correct any situation quickly. Please return as packaged and in unused condition for a full refund via PayPal, minus shipping costs. Any returned item that shows obvious signs of wear will not result in a refund.
